Open enrollment season is a period of time once a year where you can sign up or change your health insurance coverage. Open enrollment season begins November 1st and lasts until January 15.

If you are not a legal resident and have no work permit you cannot report income, therefore you cannot qualify for a tax credit to get Obamacare. This is grounds for deportation.
